目的：研究口腔黏膜病的临床特点及解决对策。方法选取2014年4月～2015年4月我院收治的口腔粘膜病患者2640例，分析口腔黏膜病的临床特点、发病趋势及相应的解决对策。结果随着年龄的增长，口腔黏膜病发生率出现上升趋势，多发老年患者；口腔黏膜发病因素相对较多，主要有扁平苔藓类、溃疡类、口炎类等。结论福建地区口腔黏膜病发生率较高，疾病类型相对较多，应加强患者护理干预和宣传教育，降低口腔黏膜疾病发生率。

목적：연구구강점막병적림상특점급해결대책。방법선취2014년4월～2015년4월아원수치적구강점막병환자2640례，분석구강점막병적림상특점、발병추세급상응적해결대책。결과수착년령적증장，구강점막병발생솔출현상승추세，다발노년환자；구강점막발병인소상대교다，주요유편평태선류、궤양류、구염류등。결론복건지구구강점막병발생솔교고，질병류형상대교다，응가강환자호리간예화선전교육，강저구강점막질병발생솔。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features of oral mucosal diseases and Solutions. Methods2640 cases of patient data from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were analyzed, analysis of the clinical features of oral mucosal disease incidence trends and corresponding solutions.Results2640 cases of patients with mucosal statistical analysis see: As age, mucosal disease occurs upward trend, and the highest incidence in the elderly; oral relatively more vulnerable to disease, the top three were : Flat mosses, ulcers, stomatitis, etc.ConclusionThe incidence of oral disease in Fujian higher, and the type of disease is relatively large, should strengthen patient care interventions and public education to reduce the incidence of oral disease.
