目的：探讨分析超声联合无痛技术实施计划生育手术的临床效果。方法从2014年4月至2015年1月，选取我院的224例需要实施计划生育手术的患者进行回顾性分析，分析高危早孕人工流产术、困难取环术、清宫术患者的成功率和麻醉药物的临床效果以及超声评估水平。结果在我院就诊的124例高危早孕人工流产患者中123例患者手术成功，成功率99.19%；62例困难取环患者中，60例手术成功，成功率96.77%；进行清宫术的38例患者中，一次清宫成功37例，成功率为97.37%，并且患者均未出现人工流产综合征，出血量少，手术时间短。结论超声联合无痛技术实施计划生育手术成功率高，术中出血量少，降低了由于患者恐惧心理导致的不良因素和意外的发生率，提高了临床疗效，在临床应用中具有重要的意义，值得进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined ultrasound and painless technique in the implementation of family planning.
