目的探讨普外科胃切除术后出血的原因以及如何预防，旨在降低胃切除术后患者发生胃出血的可能性。方法选取2009年7月~2014年6月来我院进行胃部手术术后出血的62例为研究对象，分析患者出血原因以及探讨如何应对术后出血。结果62例术后出血患者经积极抢救后其中6例死亡，56例存活。结论分析胃出血原因和胃出血的预防非常重要。
목적탐토보외과위절제술후출혈적원인이급여하예방，지재강저위절제술후환자발생위출혈적가능성。방법선취2009년7월~2014년6월래아원진행위부수술술후출혈적62례위연구대상，분석환자출혈원인이급탐토여하응대술후출혈。결과62례술후출혈환자경적겁창구후기중6례사망，56례존활。결론분석위출혈원인화위출혈적예방비상중요。
Objective To the causes of bleeding after the discussion of general surgery gastrectomy and how to prevent and to reduce after gastrectomy in patients with stomach bleeding possibility. Methods 62 cases of postoperative bleeding in our hospital from February 2014 to June~2014 were selected as the research object,and the causes of bleeding were analyzed.Results 62 cases of postoperative bleeding after treatment of 6 cases of death,56 cases of survival.Conclusion It is very important to analyze the cause of gastric hemorrhage and the prevention of stomach bleeding.
