目的:研究麻黄附子甘草汤同时煎煮的减毒效果。方法将麻黄、附子、甘草等中药按照不同组合进行配伍煎煮,对比分析不同配伍方式中总生物碱、酯型生物碱及非酯型生物碱的含量,并总结其减毒效果。结果附子单剂中酯型生物碱的含量占总生物碱的39.34%,麻黄与附子组合配方占11.23%,甘草与附子组合配方占10.45%,麻黄、甘草与附子组合配方占8.76%,相较于附子单剂,经过配伍后得到的酯型生物碱含量明显下降,非酯型生物碱含量升高。结论将麻黄与附子、甘草与附子配伍后可降低附子的毒性,而将三者同时煎煮时监督效果更好,值得中药配伍使用。

목적:연구마황부자감초탕동시전자적감독효과。방법장마황、부자、감초등중약안조불동조합진행배오전자,대비분석불동배오방식중총생물감、지형생물감급비지형생물감적함량,병총결기감독효과。결과부자단제중지형생물감적함량점총생물감적39.34%,마황여부자조합배방점11.23%,감초여부자조합배방점10.45%,마황、감초여부자조합배방점8.76%,상교우부자단제,경과배오후득도적지형생물감함량명현하강,비지형생물감함량승고。결론장마황여부자、감초여부자배오후가강저부자적독성,이장삼자동시전자시감독효과경호,치득중약배오사용。
ObjectiveTo study the aconite and Glycyrrhiza Decoction and decoction of the attenuated effect. Methods: Ephedra, aconite root, licorice and other traditional Chinese medicines according to different combinations of decoction combination, comparative analysis of the content of total alkaloids, diester alkaloids and non ester type alkaloids in different compatibility, and summarize the effect of attenuation. Results: Aconite single agent ester type alkaloids content accounted for 39.34% of total alkaloids, ephedra and Fuzi combined formula 11.23%), liquorice and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata combination formula (10.45%, ephedra, licorice and Fuzi combined formula for 8.76%, compared to Fuzi agent, obtained by the compatibility of ester type alkaloids content decreased significantly, non ester type alkaloids increased.Conclusion: Ephedra and aconite root, licorice and aconite can reduce Fuzi toxic, and three at the same time when boiling supervision effect is better, is worthy of Chinese herbal medicines.
