目的：探讨胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的护理方法。方法选取我院心力衰竭合并心律失常患者600例，均给予胺碘酮治疗，分实验组和对照组，对照组常规护理，实验组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理，以1个月作为一个实验周期，比较1个月以后两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组在护理效果方面明显好于对照组，两组患者比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论对心力衰竭合并心律失常患者采用针对性的护理干预，可以对患者的病情起到更为明显且迅速的改善作用，在临床治疗方面具有十分积极的意义。
목적：탐토알전동치료심력쇠갈합병심률실상환자적호리방법。방법선취아원심력쇠갈합병심률실상환자600례，균급여알전동치료，분실험조화대조조，대조조상규호리，실험조재대조조기출상급여침대성호리，이1개월작위일개실험주기，비교1개월이후량조환자적호리효과。결과실험조재호리효과방면명현호우대조조，량조환자비교구유현저차이（P＜0.05）。결론대심력쇠갈합병심률실상환자채용침대성적호리간예，가이대환자적병정기도경위명현차신속적개선작용，재림상치료방면구유십분적겁적의의。
Objective To study the amiodarone in the treatment of patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia nursing methods.Method Choose 600 patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, all patients were give amiodarone treatment, the control group only with routine nursing method, while the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing take targeted nursing intervention, as an experimental cycle, one month to compare 1 month later the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The experimental group in nursing effect is significantly better than that in control group, two groups of patients were compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia use targeted nursing intervention, the patient can be more clear and quick improvement effect, has the extremely positive significance in clinical treatment.
