对比了低磷含量、高磷含量2种预膜剂在榆林炼油厂循环水系统中对碳钢的缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:用低磷配方TS-52805A预膜的碳钢挂片在循环水中防腐蚀效果更好。将TS-52805A预膜运行方案应用于榆林某炼油厂循环冷却水系统,运行一个月后监测挂片的腐蚀速率为0.025 mm/a,连续运行半年中每个月碳钢的腐蚀率均为0.050 mm/a以下,不仅明显减缓了碳钢的腐蚀速率,而且符合了环保的标准。

The effects of the two kinds of low phosphorus and high phosphorus Pre-film in Yulin Refinery circulating water system were compared. The results showed that the effect of corrosion pre-filmed by TS-52805 A was better. Applied TS-52805A prefilming agent to the circulating cooling water system of Yulin Refinery, after running a month, the corrosion rate of the coupon was 0. 025 mm/a, operated for six months, the carbon steel corrosion rate was less than 0. 050 mm/a per month. The result showed that it not only slowed down the corrosion rate of carbon steel, but also was in line with environmental standards.
