目的：了解河池市第三人民医院（以下简称“我院”）住院患者抗菌药物临床应用现状，分析医院实施抗菌药物临床应用专项整治成效，促进抗菌药物临床应用能力和管理水平的持续改进。方法：对整治前2011年和整治后2014年上半年住院患者抗菌药物应用情况进行对比分析。结果：整治后抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、I类切口手术患者预防应用抗菌药物比例明显下降，治疗性用药病原学送检率明显提高，抗菌药物使用品种和种类更趋于合理，2014年所有指标几乎达到或超过卫生部抗菌药物应用指标要求。结论：通过实施抗菌药物临床应用专项整治，促进抗菌药物临床应用能力和管理水平。
목적：료해하지시제삼인민의원（이하간칭“아원”）주원환자항균약물림상응용현상，분석의원실시항균약물림상응용전항정치성효，촉진항균약물림상응용능력화관리수평적지속개진。방법：대정치전2011년화정치후2014년상반년주원환자항균약물응용정황진행대비분석。결과：정치후항균약물사용솔、항균약물사용강도、I류절구수술환자예방응용항균약물비례명현하강，치료성용약병원학송검솔명현제고，항균약물사용품충화충류경추우합리，2014년소유지표궤호체도혹초과위생부항균약물응용지표요구。결론：통과실시항균약물림상응용전항정치，촉진항균약물림상응용능력화관리수평。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical application of antibiotics for inpatients in the Third People's Hospital of Hechi ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and to analyze the outcomes of clinical special rectification with application of antibiotics , so as to promote the clinical application ability of antibiotics and the continuous improvement of management level .METHODS:The application situation of antibiotics for inpatients before rectification in 2011 and after rectification in 2014 were statistically analyzed .RESULTS:After rectification, rate and application density of antibiotics , ratio of preventive application of antibiotics in patients with type I incision were significantly decreased , pathogenic detection rate in therapeutic drugs were significantly increased;also, the categories and types of antibiotics were more reasonable than before , all of the indicators in 2014 had met or exceeded the application indicators of antibiotics requirements of Ministry of Health .CONCLUSIONS: Through the implementation of special rectification , the clinical application ability of antibiotics and management level can be improved .
