目的：分析肠癌患者化疗期进行综合性护理干预的必要性和有效性。方法随机抽取80例处在化疗期间的大肠癌患者，分为实验组和对照组。分析两组患者化疗后的副作用，比较卡式评分和体重。结果护理干预后，实验组的卡式评分显著高于对照组。但是在体重方面，实验组虽然比对照组高，但是差异并不显著。对照组产生副作用的患者例数显著高于实验组。以上显著差异均为(P<0.05)。结论处于化疗期间的大肠癌患者容易产生生理问题和心理问题，需要进行全面的综合性护理干预，以提高患者的生活质量，降低不良反应的发生率。
목적：분석장암환자화료기진행종합성호리간예적필요성화유효성。방법수궤추취80례처재화료기간적대장암환자，분위실험조화대조조。분석량조환자화료후적부작용，비교잡식평분화체중。결과호리간예후，실험조적잡식평분현저고우대조조。단시재체중방면，실험조수연비대조조고，단시차이병불현저。대조조산생부작용적환자례수현저고우실험조。이상현저차이균위(P<0.05)。결론처우화료기간적대장암환자용역산생생리문제화심리문제，수요진행전면적종합성호리간예，이제고환자적생활질량，강저불량반응적발생솔。
Objective: To analyze the necessity and effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy. Methods: 80 cases of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Analysis of side effects in two groups after the comparison, KPS score and weight.Results: Nursing intervention, KPS score of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. But on the body weight, the experimental group was higher than the control group, but the difference was not significant. The number of patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group. All of the above differences were( P<0.05.) Conclusion: Patients with colorectal cancer during chemotherapy are prone to produce physiological and psychological problems, and need to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention to improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
