分析了高校硫酸亚铁铵制备实验成功率和产率不高的原因,并根据分析对实验装置进行合理化、绿色化改进。结果表明,通过对实验条件的改进和探索,大大提高了实验成功率,改善了产品质量,增加了学生对制备实验的认识和兴趣。改进后的实验一方面减少了废物排放,实现了制备实验的绿色化,对于保护环境具有非常重要的意义。另一方面降低了实验消耗、节省实验经费,全面提高人才的培养质量和效益。

Factors contributing to the low success rate and yield were analyzed. The yield and the purity of ammonium ferrous sulfate were increased by improved experimental device and conditions. The improved experiment for experimental teaching with normal experiment devices can improve product quality and enhance students’ interest in experiment. The result showed that the improved experiment on the one hand can reduce environmental pollution in the laboratory, and realize greening experimental teaching, and on the other hand, can greatly reduce the experimental reagent wastage, raise the quality and benefit of the talent training.
