建立了以微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法( ICP-AES)测定食品中总砷含量的检测方法,通过检测方法的摸索以及对方法的稳定性、重复性进行验证,确定了方法检测过程中仪器的检测参数和砷元素的分析线。该检测方法重复性RSD值为2.8%,回收率94.6%~101.5%之间,检出限为0.018 mg/kg。该检测方法样品前处理简便、具有良好的准确度和精密度,且检测过程中无污染,为检测食品中总砷含量提供了一种快速、准确的方法。

Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES ) developed for the determination of total arsenic content in food detection methods was established, by detection method of error as well as the stability and repeatability of the method of verification, the method detecting instrument testing parameters and arsenic in the process of the analysis of the line was determined. The detection method repeatability RSD value was 2. 8%, the recovery was between 94. 6% ~101. 5%, the detection limit was 0. 018 mg/kg. The test method of sample preparation is simple and has good accuracy and precision, pollution-free and testing process, to detect the total arsenic content in the food provides a rapid and accurate method.
