2013年修订后的刑事法律援助制度,在援助范围上虽有所扩大,但非常有限;在援助经费上使供需矛盾更加紧张,迫切需要通过制度创新予以解决;在援助主体上确立了法律援助机构的核心地位,但其法律性质、法律关系和运作方式还有待于进一步明确和完善.
2013年脩訂後的刑事法律援助製度,在援助範圍上雖有所擴大,但非常有限;在援助經費上使供需矛盾更加緊張,迫切需要通過製度創新予以解決;在援助主體上確立瞭法律援助機構的覈心地位,但其法律性質、法律關繫和運作方式還有待于進一步明確和完善.
2013년수정후적형사법률원조제도,재원조범위상수유소확대,단비상유한;재원조경비상사공수모순경가긴장,박절수요통과제도창신여이해결;재원조주체상학립료법률원조궤구적핵심지위,단기법률성질、법률관계화운작방식환유대우진일보명학화완선.
Since the legal aid system in criminal law was carried out in 2013, a wider range of applicants has been extended. However, there's still space for enlarging. The legal aid fund is limited, calling for innovative systems to guarantee the expense. As the principal part of legal aid, the legal aid agencies have been playing their core role, but their legal character, relationship and operation are necessary to be further specified and improved.
