目的：探讨某院住院部抗菌药物使用强度（ antibiotics use density ，AUD）年度规律波动情况。方法：通过抗菌药物使用率、使用量、影响因素、干预、耐药率等分析2011—2014年医院住院AUD波动。结果：某院住院部AUD波动与疾病谱和管理等医院特色相关，存在临床药学监护不足，主要依赖行政手段等管控导致使用强度高。结论：正确看待和合理控制AUD，提出应对措施为临床进一步合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。

목적：탐토모원주원부항균약물사용강도（ antibiotics use density ，AUD）년도규률파동정황。방법：통과항균약물사용솔、사용량、영향인소、간예、내약솔등분석2011—2014년의원주원AUD파동。결과：모원주원부AUD파동여질병보화관리등의원특색상관，존재림상약학감호불족，주요의뢰행정수단등관공도치사용강도고。결론：정학간대화합리공제AUD，제출응대조시위림상진일보합리응용항균약물제공삼고。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the annual law and fluctuation of antibiotics use density ( AUD ) in a Hospital.METHODS:The fluctuation of AUD in inpatients of our hospital during 2011-2014 were analyzed via the use rate of antibiotics, application amount , influence factors, intervention and drug resistance rate , etc.RESULTS: The fluctuation of AUD was related to the disease spectrum , management and the characteristics of a hospital , the pharmaceutical care was insufficient and mainly relied on the control of administrative means which led to a high AUD . CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to have a correct view and reasonably control of AUD , and countermeasures should be put forward to provide reference for the further clinical rational application of antibiotics .
