以双螺杆挤出机制备出的短碳纤维为增韧材料,以聚乳酸为基体,制备出一种新型的聚乳酸/碳纤维复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜( SEM)、红外光谱、力学性能测试等手段,考察碳纤维含量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:加入碳纤维后,改变了复合材料的力学性能及耐热性,耐热性随短碳纤维含量的增大而提高,冲击强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,碳纤维含量为5wt%左右时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。

A new type of the PLA/carbon fiber composite material was prepared using polylactic acid as matrix, short carbon fiber was prepared by double screw extruder as the toughened materials, and its performance was studied under the effects of short carbon fiber content changed by SEM micrograph, XRD and Flexural strength texting. The results showed that the performance of the PLA/carbon fiber composite material was changed, heat resistance increased and the impact strength increased first, then decreased with the increase of the content of the short carbon fiber. The content of short carbon fiber was about 5 wt%, performance of this composite material was best.
