使用扫描电镜观察和分析了滚压不锈钢钢管的成型模具的表面磨损特性和形貌,分析了粘着磨损的形成机理,研究并制备了电刷镀Ni-W( D)-MoS2复合镀层修复了已磨损的模具。结果表明,镀层明显改善了模具表面的抗粘着磨损性能,使模具的使用寿命明显提高,并取得了良好的经济效益。
使用掃描電鏡觀察和分析瞭滾壓不鏽鋼鋼管的成型模具的錶麵磨損特性和形貌,分析瞭粘著磨損的形成機理,研究併製備瞭電刷鍍Ni-W( D)-MoS2複閤鍍層脩複瞭已磨損的模具。結果錶明,鍍層明顯改善瞭模具錶麵的抗粘著磨損性能,使模具的使用壽命明顯提高,併取得瞭良好的經濟效益。
사용소묘전경관찰화분석료곤압불수강강관적성형모구적표면마손특성화형모,분석료점착마손적형성궤리,연구병제비료전쇄도Ni-W( D)-MoS2복합도층수복료이마손적모구。결과표명,도층명현개선료모구표면적항점착마손성능,사모구적사용수명명현제고,병취득료량호적경제효익。
The worn surface character and morphology of the stainless steel forming mould were observed and analyzed with a scanning electron microscope,The formation mechanism of adhesive wear were analyzed. The worn surface of mould was repaired by plating Ni-W ( D )-MoS2 alloy layer. Adhesive wear resistance was improved obviously,the life of mould is prolonged obviously,and the good economic benefit was obtained.
