利用酸提醇析法从籽瓜副产物中提取果胶,通过响应面设计研究了提取液pH值、提取时间和温度对籽瓜果胶产率的影响。通过模型拟合可知,当提取液pH值为1.00,提取时间为2.50 h,提取温度为85℃的条件下得到最大产率,在相应条件下,进行三组平行试验,平均产率达到19.66%。

Pectin was extracted from seed melon pulp by acid extraction and alcohol precipitation method, and the studies were designed by response surface methodology, the influence of concentration of extract, time and temperature of extraction were employed as variables. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: 1. 00 of pH of solution concentration, time of 3. 00 h and temperature of 90 ℃, and the resulted yield was 20. 2%.
