集装箱江海联运的天然优势，促使越来越多的贸易商选择江海联运的方式，实现国际贸易货物的跨境转移。集装箱江海联运的性质之争，引起航运实务中对其提单缮制业务的分歧。依据现有的法律法规和《UCP600》的相关规定，结合集装箱江海联运的特点，规范集装箱江海联运提单业务，以期为航运企业的提单缮制提供指导。

The unique advantages of river-ocean combined transportation have made more and more international cargo transaction effected by this mode of transportation. Disputes over the nature of river-ocean combined transportation give rise to divergences of its Bill of Lading issuance. In view of this,this article tries to regulate the B/L issuances for river-ocean combined transportation so as to provide guidance for this kind of business. All these will be based on current laws and relevant stipulation in《UCP 600》,in consideration of the character of river-ocean combined transportation.
