针对200MW联合循环机组利用低真空循环水供热进行性能试验,并分析其经济性。试验结果表明当机组背压15.9kPa时的低真空供热和抽汽供热提供相同的供热量53MW,低真空循环水供热相对于抽汽供热增加机组发电量8.849MW。不同背压下的低真空循环水供热对机组的影响进行了试验,分析了机组不同背压对热网水温升、热网水吸热量、汽轮机热效率、汽轮机热耗和影响汽轮机发电量的影响。
針對200MW聯閤循環機組利用低真空循環水供熱進行性能試驗,併分析其經濟性。試驗結果錶明噹機組揹壓15.9kPa時的低真空供熱和抽汽供熱提供相同的供熱量53MW,低真空循環水供熱相對于抽汽供熱增加機組髮電量8.849MW。不同揹壓下的低真空循環水供熱對機組的影響進行瞭試驗,分析瞭機組不同揹壓對熱網水溫升、熱網水吸熱量、汽輪機熱效率、汽輪機熱耗和影響汽輪機髮電量的影響。

The performance test of low vacuum circulating water hea ting for 200MW combined cycle unit is carried out, and its economic performance is analyzed. The experimental results show that provide the same heating load amount of 53MW by low vacuum circulating water heating for 15.9KPa of unit backpressure and steam heating,low vacuum circulating water heating relative to the pumping steam heating to increase the generating capacity of 8.849MW. Experiment of low vacu-um circulating water heating under different backpressure, analysis of the different backpressure on the heating water tem-perature rise, heat absorption of heat water, steam turbine thermal efficiency, heat consumption of steam turbine and the in-fluence of the influence of steam turbine power generation.
