火电机组部分负荷运行时滑压调整是当前的必然。传统喷嘴调节和新引进的节流调节机组滑压优化过程中,负荷与压力关系曲线走势不一致,导致节流调节寻找滑压运行曲线的方法也不一致。针对某厂由上汽引进西门子技术制造,660MW两只高调门全周进汽节流调节机组,通过高精度试验,研究分析如何获得该型机组滑压曲线,并提出区别于传统滑压曲线的调门开度与负荷关系滑压曲线。结合影响滑压曲线实施的AGC、一次调频响应速度慢的问题给出解决建议。该文建议节流调节机组在负荷相应要求较高的情况下采用调门半开的运行方式,以保证电网的快速响应需求。而在采用协调控制系统优化,充分利用机组大容器蓄热能力,参与调节负荷响应速度的情况下,采用调门全开的运行方式,这样既能保证机组最高的经济性,又能保证电网快速响应的需求。

It is inevitable for thermal power plant sliding pressu re adjustment when in part load operation. The load and pressure trend curve is inconsistent, and it has been found when optimizing sliding pressure curve for conventional noz-zles regulation and the introduction of new throttle unit, and this lead to different method for finding the sliding pressure curve. High-precision experiments have been taken on Ultra supercritical 660MW Throttle Unit which introduced and man-ufactured by STP using Siemens technology. The method of finding sliding pressure curve and a kind of new curve was given in this paper, in addition, some suggestion for using the sliding pressure curve also has been given. The article recommends throttle unit with more stringent requirements of load corresponding, operated in GV half open mode, in order to ensure rapidly response to the needs of the grid. In optimizing the use of CCS, combination with making full use of large container u-nit heat storage capacity, involved in regulating the response of load. Then, GV full open mode should be used, this will not only ensure the best unit of the economy, but also ensures the grid needs to respond rapidly.
