目的 通过对沭阳县部分健康孕妇与健康非孕妇女血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素C(CYS-C)的测定,探讨该地区健康孕妇血清BUN、Cr、CYS-C的健康参考范围,为临床诊断提供依据.方法 选择在我院建孕期保健卡并生产的资料完整孕妇198例,按照建卡期和待产期两个时间段作为研究对象,选取30例年龄相仿未孕健康女性作为对照组,采用常规化学法对上述指标进行检测分析,比较各组上述指标的差异.结果 调查所用的检测系统精密度、准确度良好.健康孕妇血清BUN、Cr含量与非孕妇相比偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同孕期相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).健康孕妇血清CYS-Cr含量与非孕相比偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同孕期相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).建卡期参考区间为0.56 ~ 1.4 mg/L,待产期参考区间为0.61 ~ 1.77 mg/L.结论 针对沭阳县孕妇的实际情况,建立了不同的BUN、Cr、CYS-C参考区间.

Objective To explore the reference intervals of BUN, Cr, CYS-C in healthy gravidas at Shuyang.Merhods 198 gravidas with complete data built pregnancy care card and deliver at our hospital were selected and were divided into a card-making period group and a delivery-waiting period group according to duration of pregnancy.30 healthy un-pregnant women with the same age were selected as a control group.The renal function indexes were detected using routine methods and then were compared between these three groups.Results The detection systems were accurate and precise.The BUN and Cr levels were lower and CYS-C level was higher in healthy pregnant than un-pregnant women, with statistical differences(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in BUN and Cr levels(P<0.05) but there was in CYS-C level (P<0.05) between gravidas in different durations of pregnancy.The reference intervals was 0.56-1.40 mg/L in the card-making period group and 0.61-1.77 mg/L in the delivery-waiting period.Conclusions The different reference intervals of BUN, Cr, and CYS-C were set according to the situation of the gravidas at Shuyang.
