目的 评价通过闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干再骨折的临床效果.方法 收集我院67例股骨干再骨折患者,通过闭合复位交锁髓内钉技术进行固定治疗,评价其治疗效果.结果 经过6～ 36个月(平均14.6个月)的随访,所有患者术后愈合情况良好,愈合时间(4.9±1.8)个月,无再骨折、髓内钉断裂、畸形愈合、关节僵硬等并发症发生,根据关节功能及骨折愈合进行评分后,优48例、良11例、可5例、稍差3例,优良率为92.2％.结论 闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干再骨折损伤小、骨折愈合率高、感染及并发症发生率低,是一种较好的股骨干再骨折治疗方法.

목적 평개통과폐합복위교쇄수내정치료고골간재골절적림상효과.방법 수집아원67례고골간재골절환자,통과폐합복위교쇄수내정기술진행고정치료,평개기치료효과.결과 경과6～ 36개월(평균14.6개월)적수방,소유환자술후유합정황량호,유합시간(4.9±1.8)개월,무재골절、수내정단렬、기형유합、관절강경등병발증발생,근거관절공능급골절유합진행평분후,우48례、량11례、가5례、초차3례,우량솔위92.2％.결론 폐합복위교쇄수내정치료고골간재골절손상소、골절유합솔고、감염급병발증발생솔저,시일충교호적고골간재골절치료방법.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail for femoral shaft re-fracture.Methods 67 patients with femoral shaft re-fracture treated by closed reduction and fixation by interlocking intramedullary nail technology were collected from our hospital.Tts therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results After 6-36 months' (mean 14.6 months) follow-up, all patients healed well in (4.9 ± 1.8) months;no complications, such as re-fracture, nail fracture malunion, joint stiffness, etc.occurred;fracture healing and joint function score held that 48 cases got excellent score, 11 good, 5 so so, and 3 not good, with a good-or-excellent rate of 92.2％.Conclusions Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail for femoral shaft re-fracture has small damage, a high fracture-healing rate, and low incidences of infection and complications, so it is a good method in the treatment of femoral shaft re-fracture.
