电热消解封闭压力酸溶(HF-HNO3)可以有效分解岩石、土壤和水系沉积物等地质样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行测定,大部分元素可以得到满意的回收率。消解后的残渣用盐酸复溶提取,Zr、Hf、REEs、Rb、Th、U 等难溶元素分解较完全。称样量由25mg 加大至100mg,溶样时间由12h延长至48h,有效地解决了取样代表性及难溶元素测定结果偏低的问题。通过对岩石、土壤、水系沉积物等国家一级标准物质中Li、Be、Cr、Mn,Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Rb、Sr、Mo、Cd、In、Cs、Ba、Ti、Zr、Nb、Sn、Sb、W、Hf、Ta、Tl、Pb、Bi、Th、U以及稀土元素(REEs)等46个微量元素的测试,测定值与标准值基本一致。方法的测定下限为0.02~0.85μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=12)为0.77%~13.5%,准确度(RE,n=12)<10%。方法准确、可靠,一次溶样即可满足多种元素同时测定要求,适用于各种不同类型地质样品的分析测试。

The electric heat digestion pressure solution(HF-HNO3) can effectively resolve the geology samples of rock,soil and stream sediment. By the adoption of the method of the inductance –coupled plasma mass-spetrography , most of the elements can be satisfactorily recovered. The digested residue can be extracted with hydrochloric acid, elements such as Zr、Hf、REEs、Rb、Th、U can be mostly extracted. The weight of the test portion increases from 25mg to 100mg, the sample time expands from 12h to 48h which effectively solves the problems of sample representatives and the determination of the refractory elements. According to the test of Li, Be, Cr, Mn,Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Rb, Sr, Mo, Cd, In, Cs, Ba, Ti, Zr, Nb, Sn, Sb, W, Hf, Ta, Tl, Pb, Bi,Th,U and REEs etc 46 varieties of elements the test results are very identical to the criterion values basically. The lower limit of the measurement is 0.02~0.85μg/g. The degree of precision is 0.77%~13.5% for(RSD, n=12),and <10% for(RE,n=12) . The measurement method is reliable and accurate and one time solution sample can meet the need of the determination of various elements which suits to the analysis and test of different geology samples.
