目的：调查移动护士工作站应用前后护理工作情况及对患者床边直接护理时间的影响，为医院推进移动护士工作站的应用提供参考。方法比较应用移动护士工作站前后护理人员巡视病房的次数、对患者床边直接护理时间、护理人员往返办公地点的次数。结果应用移动护士工作站后护理人员巡视病房次数和对患者床边直接护理时间增加，而往返办公地点的次数减少。结论应用移动护士工作站后护理人员节约了工作时间，提高了工作效率，真正把护理时间还给了患者。
목적：조사이동호사공작참응용전후호리공작정황급대환자상변직접호리시간적영향，위의원추진이동호사공작참적응용제공삼고。방법비교응용이동호사공작참전후호리인원순시병방적차수、대환자상변직접호리시간、호리인원왕반판공지점적차수。결과응용이동호사공작참후호리인원순시병방차수화대환자상변직접호리시간증가，이왕반판공지점적차수감소。결론응용이동호사공작참후호리인원절약료공작시간，제고료공작효솔，진정파호리시간환급료환자。
Objective To investigate the effect of setting up mobile nursing workstations on the bedside nursing hours,so as to provide references for further promotion.Methods The visits to ward of the nursing staff,the length of bedside nursing and times of returning to offices before and after the setting up of mobile nurse workstations were compared.Results After the setting up of mobile nursing workstations,the visits to ward of the nursing staff and their length of bedside nursing increased,while the times of returning to offices decreased.Conclusion The setting up of mobile nursing workstations can improve work efficiency of the nursing staff and promote the quality of nursing service.
