目的观察并分析舒适护理在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法取100例上消化道出血患者并均分为两组，两组患者均接受常规治疗与护理，观察组同时开展舒适护理服务，评估两组治疗情况、护理满意度。结果与对照组相比，观察组治疗总有效率更高，止血时间以及住院时间更短，组间差异显著而具有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论在上消化道出血临床治疗过程中开展舒适护理有利于改善临床疗效，促进患者康复，值得临床推广使用。

목적관찰병분석서괄호리재상소화도출혈환자중적응용효과。방법취100례상소화도출혈환자병균분위량조，량조환자균접수상규치료여호리，관찰조동시개전서괄호리복무，평고량조치료정황、호리만의도。결과여대조조상비，관찰조치료총유효솔경고，지혈시간이급주원시간경단，조간차이현저이구유통계학의의（<0.05）。결론재상소화도출혈림상치료과정중개전서괄호리유리우개선림상료효，촉진환자강복，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe and analyze the application ef ect of comfortable nursing in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemor hage and were divided into two groups, two groups of patients were accepted routine treatment and nursing, the observation group of comfortable nursing service at the same time, the evaluation of two groups of treatment and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with control group and observation group total ef ective rate is higher, the bleeding time and shorter hospitalization time, significant dif erence between groups with statistical significance ( < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of upper gastrointestinal hemor hage clinical treatment in comfortable nursing to improve clinical curative ef ect, promote patients recover, worthy of clinical use.
