微课程作为一种重要的学习资源,不仅能够支持学习者碎片化的移动学习,而且能够变革传统的学习方式,因而受到学习者、研究者和实践者的关注.对于教师而言,制作和应用微课程于教学过程中并不难,但是如何设计一门好的微课程却并不容易.目前,我国微课程设计大多延续传统课堂教学的设计方法,无法有效支持基于微课程的个性化学习,而且在内容表现和交互设计等方面也存在诸多问题.事实上微课程设计要综合考虑课程、技术和时代三大属性,其中课程属性决定了微课程设计要遵循首要教学原理,技术属性决定了微课程设计要体现微型和半开放结构、超链接、富媒体、个性化等特点,时代属性决定了微课程设计要充分考虑云计算和大数据对教育的影响.微课程的系统化设计要综合考虑微视频、课件、教学设计单、学习指导单、测试题与辅助资源等六大要素,而且设计过程还应注重从学习者的角度思考知识点内容,以问题为引导,逐步培养学习者发现与解决问题的能力和创新批判的精神.

Micro-course, as a sort of important learning resource, can not only support the fragmented mobile learning, but also change the traditional learning method. Therefore, it attracts the attention of learners, researchers and practitioners. For teachers, it's easy to make micro-courses and apply them into the teaching process. However, how to design a good micro-course is difficult. Now, the design of micro-course is based on the traditional instructional design, unable to support personalized learning process effectively, and there are a lot of problems, like content design, interaction design, etc. Actually, the three attributes including curriculum, technology and era should be taken into consideration in the design of micro-course. The curriculum determines that micro-course design should follow the First Principles of Instruction. The technology determines some characteristics possessed by micro-course design, like semi-open structure, hyperlinks, rich media, personalization and so on. The era determines that we should fully consider the impact of cloud computing and big data on Education. The six elements, such as the micro video, the courseware, the list of instructional design, the list of learning instruction, the test and auxiliary resources, should be taken into account synthetically when we do the systematic design of a micro-course. And at the same time, we are supposed to pay attention to the content of knowledge from the perspective of learners, based on the problems, to develop the ability of finding and solving problems and the spirit of innovation and criticism gradually.
