目的 分析骨巨细胞瘤诊断中CT值增加值均值临界判定值的敏感度.方法 选取2013年4月至2015年5月于我院实施治疗的100例骨肿瘤患者,依照患者的临床诊断结果将其分成两组,其中50例非骨巨细胞瘤患者为对照组,50例骨巨细胞瘤患者为观察组.对所有患者实施CT诊断,将增强后CT值均值和CT值增加值均值作为观测值,对比分析CT值增加值均值临界判定值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的应用敏感度.结果 观察组患者的CT增强扫描后显示区域CT值为(125.36±35.69) HU,显著高于对照组患者增强后的CT值(103.68±35.23)HU,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).关于骨巨细胞瘤的诊断敏感度和特异性分析发现,在ROC曲线上,CT值增加值均值≥96.5 HU为临界点时,两者分别为90.9%和62.0%,均值≥41.5 HU为临界点时,分别为98.9%和48.1%.结论 在骨巨细胞瘤实施CT诊断中,当CT值增加值均值诊断临界值为96.5 HU和41.5 HU时具有较高敏感度,与此同时特异性较低,总之,CT在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中具有一定应用价值.

Objective To analyze the sensitivity of the critical decision value of the average added value of CT value in diagnosing giant cell tumor.Methods 100 patients with bone tumor in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2015 were divided into two groups according to clinical diagnosis,50 patients with giant cell tumor as observation group,50 patients without giant cell tumor as control group.Observed the average CT value,the average added value of CT value of all patients,and analyzed the sensitivity of the critical decision value of the average added value of CT value in diagnosing giant cell tumor.Results The average CT value of observation group was (125.36±35.69) HU,significantly higher than (103.68±35.23) HU of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).When the critical decision value of the average added value of CT value was 96.5 HU,the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing giant cell tumor were 90.9% and 62.0% respectively;when the critical decision value of the average added value of CT value was 41.5 HU,the sensitivity and specificity were 98.9% and 48.1% respectively.Conclusion When the critical decision value of the average added value of CT value was 96.5 HU or 41.5 HU,the sensitivity in diagnosing giant cell tumor is high,with low specificity,with certain clinical application value.
