目的:探讨定量病理技术对腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者的治疗效果分析.方法:选取我院2012年7月至2014年7月收治的73例腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,对患者采用定量病理技术联合DNA-Feulgen染色方法检测,并结合Cox回归模型进行分析.结果:患者的DNA指数,核周长以及核最大直径与最小直径是影响腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者治疗的重要因素.结论:定量病理技术是治疗腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者的重要方法.

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of quantitative pathological techniques for the treatment of patients with negative breast cancer in the axillary lymph nodes.Methods: 73 cases of breast cancer patients with negative axillary lymph nodes from July 2014 to July 2012 were selected as the research object, the patients were treated by quantitative pathological technique combined with DNA-Feulgen staining method, and the Cox regression model was used to analyze the results.Results: the DNA index, the nuclear perimeter, the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter of the core were the important factors affecting the treatment of the patients with negative axillary lymph node negative breast cancer.Conclusion:quantitative pathological technique is an important method for the treatment of axillary lymph node negative breast cancer patients.
