高校思想政治教育是一项系统工程，需要教师高工作卷入。经过对五所高校教师工作卷入情况的调查发现：高校教师的工作卷入与工作表现常常不一致；思想政治理论课教师工作卷入整体水平低于其他专业教师；学校层次、工作时间、职称和学历等因素对教师工作卷入有着不同程度的影响。

Ideological and political education for college is a systematic project ,which calls for the high -level job involvement of the teachers .The investigation on the job involvement of five colleges indicates :college teachers’ work performance is inconsistent with their job involvement ;the level of job involvement of the teachers of ideological and political theory course is lower than that of other teachers of professional courses ;the job involvement of teachers has been influenced by different factors ,such as school level , working time ,professional title ,and educational background .
