本文对新校区图书馆文化建设与和谐校园构建进行了研究。从构建新校区校园文化存在的问题、图书馆文化建设对构建新校区和谐校园所起的作用和高校图书馆助力新校区和谐校园建构的途径三个方面进行了阐述，旨在为新校区和谐校园建设提供参考。
本文對新校區圖書館文化建設與和諧校園構建進行瞭研究。從構建新校區校園文化存在的問題、圖書館文化建設對構建新校區和諧校園所起的作用和高校圖書館助力新校區和諧校園建構的途徑三箇方麵進行瞭闡述，旨在為新校區和諧校園建設提供參攷。

The culture construction of library and the harmonious campus construction in the new university campus was studied in the paper. To provide a reference for the harmonious campus construction in new university campus, the problems of the construction of campus culture, the role of library culture construction for the construction of harmonious campus in new campus and the methods of university library for harmonious campus construction were expounded from three respects.
