目的 对超声在慢性乙肝肝硬化与胆囊壁厚度及前后路径改变相关性评价中的应用分析.方法 临床选取我院2014年6月至2015年6月实施超声诊断的80例慢性乙肝肝硬化患者,对患者的临床诊断结果对比分析.结果 和肝功能Child-Pugh分级密切相关的因素包括有:空腹胆囊壁厚度,餐后1h、2h胆囊壁增厚量,各成正比(P＜0.05);空腹胆囊前后径、餐后1h胆囊前后径缩短量,各成反比(P＜0.05).门静脉主干内径、脾大、腹水、凝血酶原时间及胆红素和肝功能Child-Pugh分级均呈显著的正相关关系(P＜0.05),而白蛋白和肝功能Child-Pugh分级呈显著的负相关关系(P＜0.05).结论 超声在慢性乙肝肝硬化与胆囊壁厚度及前后路径改变相关性评价中具有重要应用价值,值得推广.

목적 대초성재만성을간간경화여담낭벽후도급전후로경개변상관성평개중적응용분석.방법 림상선취아원2014년6월지2015년6월실시초성진단적80례만성을간간경화환자,대환자적림상진단결과대비분석.결과 화간공능Child-Pugh분급밀절상관적인소포괄유:공복담낭벽후도,찬후1h、2h담낭벽증후량,각성정비(P＜0.05);공복담낭전후경、찬후1h담낭전후경축단량,각성반비(P＜0.05).문정맥주간내경、비대、복수、응혈매원시간급담홍소화간공능Child-Pugh분급균정현저적정상관관계(P＜0.05),이백단백화간공능Child-Pugh분급정현저적부상관관계(P＜0.05).결론 초성재만성을간간경화여담낭벽후도급전후로경개변상관성평개중구유중요응용개치,치득추엄.
Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound in the evaluation of correlation between chronic hepatitis b cirrhosis and gallbladder wall thickness,the change of anteroposterior diameter.Method 80 cases of chronic hepatitis b cirrhosis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 underwent ultrasound diagnosis,analyzed their diagnosis results.Results Fasting gallbladder wall thickness,1 h,2 h postprandial gallbladder wall thickening were positively correlated with liver function Child-Pugh classification (P＜0.05);fasting gallbladder anteroposterior diameter,1 h postprandial gallbladder anteroposterior diameter shortening were negatively correlated with liver function Child-Pugh classification (P＜0.05).Portal vein trunk diameter,splenomegaly,ascites,prothrombin time and bilirubin were positively correlated with liver function Child-Pugh classification (P＜0.05);albumin was negatively correlated with liver function Child-Pugh classification (P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has important application value in the evaluation of correlation between chronic hepatitis b cirrhosis and gallbladder wall thickness,the change of anteroposterior diameter,worthy of promotion.
