农村信贷在支持农业发展中起着重要作用。但长期以来，中国的农村信贷市场处于欠发达状态。通过对上饶市农商银行15户农户贷款的情况的研究，从国家、社会、银行和个人四个方面分析了农村信贷中出现的问题，并提出了加大农村金融产品营销力度，创新金融产品和服务方式，大力发展小额贷款公司，完善农业保险法，完善土地、林权抵押制度等对策和建议。

Rural credit plays an important role in agricultural development .However ,for a long time ,the rural credit market in china is underdeveloped .The article takes the rural credit market in Shangrao as a study object ,bases itself on the loan cases of 15 farmers who have applied to Shangrao Rural Commercial Bank ,analyses the rural credit problems from four aspects ,country ,society ,bank and individual ,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions :strengthening rural financial product mar-keting ,innovating financial products and services ,developing small loan companies ,perfecting the agricultural insurance law and improving the mortgage system of land and forest right .
