目的：评估中医综合疗法治疗乙型肝炎(乙肝)后肝硬化腹水临床效果。方法100例乙肝后肝硬化腹水患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组患者予以西医常规治疗，观察组患者予以中医综合疗法治疗，对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果治疗后西医常规治疗的对照组和中医综合疗法治疗的观察组患者均有所好转，观察组患者中45例总有效，总有效率为90.0%，对照组患者中38例总有效，总有效率为76.0%，观察组效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水临床效果显著，值得推广应用。
목적：평고중의종합요법치료을형간염(을간)후간경화복수림상효과。방법100례을간후간경화복수환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조50례，대조조환자여이서의상규치료，관찰조환자여이중의종합요법치료，대비량충치료방법적효과。결과치료후서의상규치료적대조조화중의종합요법치료적관찰조환자균유소호전，관찰조환자중45례총유효，총유효솔위90.0%，대조조환자중38례총유효，총유효솔위76.0%，관찰조효과명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중의종합요법치료을간후간경화복수림상효과현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect by traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites after hepatitis B. Methods A total of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites after hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy. Effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, both the control group and the observation group had improvements in patients. There were 45 totally effective cases in the observation group, with the total effective rate as 90.0%. There were 38 totally effective cases in the control group, with the total effective rate as 76.0%. The observation group had much better effect than the contro l group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy provides precise effect in treating liver cirrhosis ascites after hepatitis B, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
