目的：探究中西医结合治疗功能性胃肠病的临床效果。方法84例功能性胃肠病患者，随机分成研究组和对照组，各42例，对照组患者采取阿普唑仑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗，研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药对症治疗，观察对比两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.24%明显高于对照组78.57%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后总不良反应率2.38%明显低于对照组19.05%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗功能性胃肠病临床效果显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，促进患者恢复健康，且不良反应少，安全可靠，具有较高的临床应用以及推广价值。
목적：탐구중서의결합치료공능성위장병적림상효과。방법84례공능성위장병환자，수궤분성연구조화대조조，각42례，대조조환자채취아보서륜연합마래산곡미포정치료，연구조재대조조치료기출상연합중약대증치료，관찰대비량조환자치료효과급불량반응。결과연구조치료총유효솔95.24%명현고우대조조78.57%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)；연구조치료후총불량반응솔2.38%명현저우대조조19.05%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중서의결합치료공능성위장병림상효과현저，가명현개선환자림상증상，촉진환자회복건강，차불량반응소，안전가고，구유교고적림상응용이급추엄개치。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorder. Methods A total of 84 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received alprazolam combined with trimebutine maleate for treatment, and the research group received additional therapy by traditional Chinese medicine. Curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The research group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.24%than 78.57% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the research group had much lower incidence of adverse reactions as 2.38% than 19.05% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicines provides precisely clinical effect in treating functional gastrointestinal disorder. This method can remarkably improve clinical symptoms in patients, and enhance their rehabilitation, with few adverse reactions. It is safe and creditable, and it contains high value of clinical application and promotion.
