目的探讨无陪化护理模式在内科病房中的综合应用效果。方法将2011年1月~2013年1月于内科病房进行治疗的200例患者遵循随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组每组各包括100例，其中对照组进行常规的内科护理干预，观察组则以无陪化护理模式进行干预，后将两组的护患、医患配合程度、自理能力、并发症发生情况、患者和医师分别对护理干预的满意程度及综合护理质量进行分析及比较。结果观察组的护患、医患配合程度、自理能力均优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，患者和医师分别对护理干预的满意程度及综合护理质量优秀率均高于对照组，均<0.05，均有显著性差异。结论无陪化护理模式在内科病房中的综合效果较好，各方面均有明显的优势，可在内科病房中进行应用。
목적탐토무배화호리모식재내과병방중적종합응용효과。방법장2011년1월~2013년1월우내과병방진행치료적200례환자준순수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조매조각포괄100례，기중대조조진행상규적내과호리간예，관찰조칙이무배화호리모식진행간예，후장량조적호환、의환배합정도、자리능력、병발증발생정황、환자화의사분별대호리간예적만의정도급종합호리질량진행분석급비교。결과관찰조적호환、의환배합정도、자리능력균우우대조조，병발증발생솔저우대조조，환자화의사분별대호리간예적만의정도급종합호리질량우수솔균고우대조조，균<0.05，균유현저성차이。결론무배화호리모식재내과병방중적종합효과교호，각방면균유명현적우세，가재내과병방중진행응용。
Objective To study the comprehensive ef ect of no at endant nursing mode in medical ward.Methods 200 patients in medical ward from January 2009 to January 2011 were selected as research object,and al the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group according to the method of random number table,the control group were cared with routine internal medicine nursing,the observation group were cared with no at endant nursing mode,then the cooperative degree of nurse-patient and doctor-patient,self-care ability, situation of complications,patients’ and doctors’satisfaction to the nursing and comprehensive nursing quality of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The cooperative degree of nurse-patient and doctor-patient,self-care ability of observation group were bet er than those of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,patients’ and doctors’satisfaction to the nursing and excel ent rate of comprehensive nursing quality were al higher than those of control group,al <0.05,there were al significant dif erences.Conclusion The ef ect of no at endant nursing mode in medical ward is bet er,and al aspects have advantages.It can be applied in medical ward.
