目的探讨艾滋病合并带状疱疹的临床护理方法。方法对23例艾滋病合并带状疱疹患者在抗病毒、营养神经、调节免疫力等综合性治疗的基础上给予皮肤护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理、心理护理、健康宣教等护理措施，并观察疗效。结果23例患者中14例痊愈出院，5例遗留轻度神经痛，3例遗留中度神经痛，1例遗留长期神经痛。结论艾滋病合并带状疱疹的护理重点是皮肤护理和神经痛护理，心理护理和健康宣教也起到极其重要作用，促进了患者积极配合治疗，使带状疱疹尽快痊愈，缩短病程。

목적탐토애자병합병대상포진적림상호리방법。방법대23례애자병합병대상포진환자재항병독、영양신경、조절면역력등종합성치료적기출상급여피부호리、동통호리、음식호리、심리호리、건강선교등호리조시，병관찰료효。결과23례환자중14례전유출원，5례유류경도신경통，3례유류중도신경통，1례유류장기신경통。결론애자병합병대상포진적호리중점시피부호리화신경통호리，심리호리화건강선교야기도겁기중요작용，촉진료환자적겁배합치료，사대상포진진쾌전유，축단병정。
Objective To discuss clinical nursing methods the in AIDS patients with Herpes zoster. Methods 23 cases of patients with AIDS complicated with Herpes zoster are treated with the comprehensive treatment such as antiviral, trophic nerve, regulating immunity. Based on that,al patients are also gave Skin care, pain nursing, diet nursing, psychological nursing and health education. Results 14 patients have recovered satisfactorily, another 5 patients legacy mild neuralgia and 3 patients legacy moderate neuralgia. Only one patient have Long-term neuralgia. Conclusion The main points of clinical nursing in in AIDS patients with Herpes zoster is Skin care and neuralgia care. additional y, the psychological nursing and health education also very important. These nursing intervention could improve treatment compliance, shorten the length of the disease, make Herpes zoster recovery.
