This article debates the importance and development direction of Social Media Political Education ( SMPE) through the analysis of the subject and the research of current states and problems. Hence in attempt to raise the standards of education to compensate for the developmental needs of modern higher education, complying with the modern higher educational philosophies and the practical needs of the students, it delivers an effective educational direction in SMPE.
