干扰条件下列车运行实时调整是高速铁路非正常情况下调度指挥工作的重要任务。本文对高速铁路线路因故障导致某区间能力全失效时如何实时调整列车运行问题,从宏观层面将列车运行抽象为由事件和活动构成的网络,建立列车运行实时调整混合整数线性规划模型。该模型结构紧凑,利用商业优化软件可直接求解中小规模问题。为进一步求解大规模问题,根据其特点,设计两阶段求解算法,加快速度。最后,以京沪高速铁路为背景构建算例,测试求解能力。结果表明,与现场采用的调整策略相比,可明显减小干扰对列车运行的影响。

Real-time train rescheduling under disturbances (disruption)is a critical task for high-speed railway dispatching during emergency.This paper conducted research on the real-time train rescheduling under the sit-uation of complete segment blockages caused by line disruptions.From the macroscopic prospective,train op-erations were abstracted as a network composed of events and activities to build a mixed integer liner program-ming model for real time rescheduling of train operations.The model has a tight structure,and can be utilized to solve small and middle scale disturbances in combination with the commercial optimization software.In or-der to solve large scale disturbances,a two-stage approach was applied to improve the computational efficiency based on the feature of disturbances.Finally,the model was tested based on a calculation example created in the case of Beijing-shanghai high speed railway.The results showed that compared to the normal real-time train rescheduling strategies used in Chinese High-speed Railway dispatching center,the rescheduling strategies in-troduced by this paper are promising in minimizing the influence of a disruption.
