在转基因技术迅猛发展的今天，为缓解全球人口增加带来的粮食短缺，资源匮乏等一系列的问题，转基因技术越来越多的应用于玉米、大豆、棉花等农作物中，转基因作物商业化应用的发展模式也在逐步建立。而转基因作物商业化应用发展的同时也产生了许多问题，其中与民众生活息息相关的转基因食品安全问题就成为了全社会关注的焦点，自然而然转基因食品安全监管问题也就成为了解决这一问题的重中之重。本文试图从法律的角度出发针对转基因作物商业化应用中的食品安全监管问题提出方案与对策，以保障转基因食品的安全。

The rapid development of transgenic technology today, to alleviate global food shortages caused by population growth, lack of resources and a series of problems, transgenic technology increasingly used in corn, soybeans, cotton and other crops, commercial GM crops application development model has gradually been established. While modified crops commercialized development of gene also had many problems, GM food safety issues which the people’s lives, has become a focus of attention, and naturally genetically modified food safety regulatory issues has become a solution to this problem of weight in priority. This paper attempts from the perspective of legal responses to the proposed program and commercial use of genetically modified crops in food safety regulatory issues, in order to protect the safety of genetically modified foods.
