研究了一类具有非线性记忆（时间积分）边界条件的反应扩散方程组解的性质，利用不等式技巧证明了比较原理；运用上、下解法和构造辅助函数的方法，得到了解整体存在的充要条件。

The properties of a reaction - diffusion system coupled with nonlinear memory( time integral) boundary conditions are studied in this paper. The principle of comparison is proved by using the technique of ine-quality,and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the global existence are also proved by using the methods of the upper and the lower solutions,and constructing the auxiliary functions.
