目的分析2种内周定方式治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为两组各45例，观察组行微创内固定系统治疗，对照组行股骨髁支持钢板内固定治疗。结果观察组切口、出血量、骨折愈合时间均明显优于对照组。结论LISS在股骨远端C型骨折治疗中应用价值显著。

목적분석2충내주정방식치료고골원단골절적료효。방법장90례환자수궤분위량조각45례，관찰조행미창내고정계통치료，대조조행고골과지지강판내고정치료。결과관찰조절구、출혈량、골절유합시간균명현우우대조조。결론LISS재고골원단C형골절치료중응용개치현저。
Objecive To analyze the clinical ef ect of 2 kinds of internal fixation for treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 45 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with minimal y invasive internal fixation system and the control group was treated with DCS. Results The incision, bleeding volume, fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly bet er than the control group. Conclusion The value of LISS in the treatment of distal femoral fracture of distal femur with C is significant.
