本文对容积真空泵的有关标准作了评述，提出了一些新的看法和建议，在如何按照国情、贯彻执行国际标准方面，对标准中不够完整、不够确切的地方提出了改进意见，最后提出了考核节能效益的能效比概念和考核方法。

In this paper, the related standards of positive displacement pump were reviewed, and some new views and sugges-tions were put forward. In accordance with the national conditions and assuring the enforcement of the international standard, some improvement opinions were put forward in the incomplete and inadequately exact aspects of standards. Finally, the concepts of energy efficiency ratio checking energy-saving benefit and examination methods were put forward.
