本文综述电阻式加热真空热处理炉中常用的金属和非金属加热元件所用的材料特性,以及各种材料的优缺点、适用场合、常用加热元件的结构形式等。分析了金属及非金属加热元件损耗、损坏的主要原因,给出延长加热元件的使用寿命、减小加热元件损耗的措施。最后为真空电阻式热处理炉用加热元件设计提出若干参考建议。

This paper briefly describes the commonly used metallic and nonmetallic element materials in vacuum resistance heating treatment furnace, and introduces the advantages and disadvantages, applicable occasions, common structure form of various materials. The main reasons of loss and damage of metal and nonmetal element are given. This paper introduces the measurements of extending the service life as well as decreasing the loss of heating element. Finally some suggestions are given to design heating element in the vacuum resistance furnace.
