目的:观察短刺针法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效. 方法:将70例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例. 对照组给予一般针刺疗法治疗,治疗组给予短刺针法治疗,比较两组病例治疗前后视觉模拟评分( VAS)和颈部残障指数量表( NDI)评分,并进行疗效评定. 结果:两组病例治疗后VAS、NDI评分与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.01). 治疗组治疗后VAS、NDI评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01 或P<0.05). 1 个疗程结束时,治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为88 .6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义( P<0 .05 ). 结论:短刺针法能显著改善神经根型颈椎病患者的临床症状,是一种新的有效的治疗方法.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy by close needling .Methods:Randomly divide 70 patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy into a treatment group and a control group ,with 35 cases in each group .Give general acupuncture therapy to treat the control group and close needling to treat the treatment group;compare the scores of visual analogue scale ( VAS) and neck disability index (NDI) of two groups before and after treatment and assess their curative effects .Results:The difference in the scores of VAS and NDI between two groups before and after treatment was of statistical sig -nificance (P<0.01).The difference in the scores of VAS and NDI between the treatment group after treatment and the control group was of statistical significance (P<0.01,P<0.05).After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97 .1%and that of control group was 88 .6%, and the comparative difference of two groups is of statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Close needling can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, so it is a new and effective therapy .
