当前大学生正处在信息流密集、社会思潮涌动的新媒体环境中，赋予大学生法治素养新的内涵，对大学生分析解决问题能力提出更高要求。从大学法治素养的内涵入手，分析当前大学生法治素养存在的主要问题及成因，从丰富法治素养内容、利用新媒体技术、创新法治教育方式、净化新媒体环境四个方面提出解决对策，以期对大学生法治学素养培育有所帮助。

At present,university students are in circumstance of new media in which information flows concentrate and social ideological trends appear one after another.This endows the university students’legal attainment with new connotation and has posed higher requirements for them to analyze and solve problems.Starting from the connotation of university students’legal attainment,the paper has analyzed the problems of such attainment and their causes.Further,it has put for-ward some coping strategies from the four aspects in an attempt to be of some help for the cultivation of the students’legal at-tainment:content enrichment of legal attainment,full use of new media technology,innovation of legal education methods and purification of new media circumstance.
