类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis，RA）是一种病因尚未明确的慢性全身性炎症性疾病，以慢性、对称性、多滑膜关节炎和关节外病变为主要临床表现，属于自身免疫炎性疾病。目前国内外治疗主要是采用对症处理、针对并发症和阻止关节变化的治疗，但西医治疗本病存在一定的副作用。本文回顾了近年来中医治疗本病的研究进展，提示中医药在内治和外治方面疗效显著，具有广阔的发展前景。本文就近年来类风湿性关节炎中医研究进展作一综述。

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease of unknown etiology, more common in middle-aged women, mainly for symmetry, chronic, progressive, polyarthritis. Treatment at home and aboard are mainly used for the symptomatic tre-atment and treatment of complications and stop joint change treatment, but there are some side ef ects with the Western treatment of the disease. This article reviewed the progress in treatment of this disease with TCM in recent years. The result indicated that the TCM had the unique superiority in treating this disease with the internal and external therapy and widely developing view. This review provides TCM studies and progresses on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in recent years.
