目的:观察针康法对脑缺血大鼠脑组织血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)、层粘连蛋白( LN)表达的影响,探讨针康法促进神经功能恢复的相关作用机制. 方法:建立大鼠永久性局灶性脑缺血模型,设立模型组、假手术组、针刺组、康复组及针康组. 模型组、假手术组不予任何治疗,针刺组采用头穴丛刺针法治疗,康复组采用跑台训练模拟临床康复治疗,针康组采用针康法治疗. 免疫组织化学法观察各时间点缺血脑组织VEGF、LN的动态变化. 结果:术后7 天、14 天,与模型组相比,康复组、针刺组与针康组VEGF阳性表达增多( P <0 .05 );与康复组、针刺组比较,针康组VEGF 阳性细胞数明显增多( P <0.05 ). 术后7天、14天,与模型组相比,康复组、针刺组与针康组LN阳性表达增多( P<0 .05 );与康复组、针刺组比较,针康组LN阳性细胞数明显增多( P<0 .05 ). 结论:针康法可能通过上调缺血脑组织VEGF、LN的表达促进脑缺血后神经功能恢复.

목적:관찰침강법대뇌결혈대서뇌조직혈관내피생장인자( VEGF)、층점련단백( LN)표체적영향,탐토침강법촉진신경공능회복적상관작용궤제. 방법:건립대서영구성국조성뇌결혈모형,설립모형조、가수술조、침자조、강복조급침강조. 모형조、가수술조불여임하치료,침자조채용두혈총자침법치료,강복조채용포태훈련모의림상강복치료,침강조채용침강법치료. 면역조직화학법관찰각시간점결혈뇌조직VEGF、LN적동태변화. 결과:술후7 천、14 천,여모형조상비,강복조、침자조여침강조VEGF양성표체증다( P <0 .05 );여강복조、침자조비교,침강조VEGF 양성세포수명현증다( P <0.05 ). 술후7천、14천,여모형조상비,강복조、침자조여침강조LN양성표체증다( P<0 .05 );여강복조、침자조비교,침강조LN양성세포수명현증다( P<0 .05 ). 결론:침강법가능통과상조결혈뇌조직VEGF、LN적표체촉진뇌결혈후신경공능회복.
Objective:To observe the expression of VEGF and LN in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia rats by acupuncture -rehabilitation ,and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture -rehabilitation to promote the recov-ery of nerve function .Methods:The rat models of permanent focal cerebral ischemia were established .They were divided into model group , sham operation group , acupuncture group , rehabilitation group and acupuncture -re-habilitation group .Model group and sham operation group were without any treatment; the acupuncture group was treated by scalp acupuncture treatment;the rehabilitation group received treadmill training simulating clini-cal rehabilitation;acupuncture group was with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation .The changes of VEGF and LN in ischemic brain tissue at different time points were observed by immunohistochemistry .Results:After 7 d, 14 d compared with the model group and rehabilitation group ,in the acupuncture group and acupuncture -rehabilitation group the expression of VEGF was increased ( P<0 .05 );compared with the rehabilitation group and the acupuncture group ,in the acupuncture-rehabiliation group the number of VEGF positive cells was in-creased significantly (P<0.05).After 7 d, 14 d compared with the model group,rehabilitation group,acu-puncture group and acupuncture -rehabilitation group the expression of LN was increased ( P<0.05 ); com-pared with the rehabilitation group and acupuncture group ,in the acupuncture-rehabilitation group the number of LN positive cells was increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture-rehabilitation promotes the recovery of neural function after cerebral ischemia by increasing the expression of VEGF and LN in ischemic brain tissue .
