目的观察复方氟米松软膏联合康复新液治疗湿疹的疗效。方法将151例湿疹患者随机分为两组，实验组120例给予复方氟米松软膏、康复新液治疗，31例对照组给予复方氟米松软膏治疗，14d为满足疗程。结果实验组治愈率85.8%，有效率97.5%，对照组治愈率77.4%，有效率100%，两组比较无统计学差异（0.025<<0.05），即两治疗方法等效，且实验组未出现任何不良反应。结论复方氟米松软膏联合康复新液治疗湿疹既达到了理想的治疗效果，又减少了激素用量，降低了激素应用的不良反应，安全可行、临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적관찰복방불미송연고연합강복신액치료습진적료효。방법장151례습진환자수궤분위량조，실험조120례급여복방불미송연고、강복신액치료，31례대조조급여복방불미송연고치료，14d위만족료정。결과실험조치유솔85.8%，유효솔97.5%，대조조치유솔77.4%，유효솔100%，량조비교무통계학차이（0.025<<0.05），즉량치료방법등효，차실험조미출현임하불량반응。결론복방불미송연고연합강복신액치료습진기체도료이상적치료효과，우감소료격소용량，강저료격소응용적불량반응，안전가행、림상료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of eczema. Methods 151 patients with eczema were randomly divided into two groups. 120 cases in the treatment group were treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment and Kangfuxin Liquid, and the control group of 31 patients was treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment. The two groups were treated for 14 days. Results The cure rate of the experimental group was 85.8%, the total ef ective rate was 97.5%;while in the control group, the cure rate was 77.4%, and the total ef ective rate was 100.0%. The total ef ective rate of experimental group had no statistical y significant dif erence with the control group treatment ef ect was the same of the two groups, and it had no adverse reactions in the experimental group. Conclusion Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid is an ef ective and safe method in the treatment of eczema, which is worthy of clinical application.
