目的:观察弥可保穴位注射治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病例的临床疗效. 方法:采用随机对照试验临床研究方法,将96例符合诊断标准患者随机分为治疗组47例、对照组49例,两组患者均采用常规治疗方案,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用足三里、血海弥可保穴位注射,对照组采用弥可保肌肉注射,两组共治疗28天,评价治疗前后两组患者糖尿病周围神经病变积分、神经传导速度检测及临床疗效. 结果:治疗组患者在治疗第14天和28天时,周围神经病变积分均较治疗前有所改善,差异具有统计意义( P<0 .05 );对照组患者在第14天和第28天时,周围神经病变积分较治疗前均降低,但第14天时与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第28天时差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间比较,治疗组在第14天及28天时,周围神经病变积分改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0 .05 ). 治疗结束时,两组患者腓总神经MNCV与腓肠神经SNCV 均较前有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05 );两组之间比较,治疗组在改善腓肠神经SNCV 传导速度方面优于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),但两组腓总神经MNCV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 治疗组总有效率80.9%,对照组总有效率73.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论:弥可保穴位注射比单纯肌肉注射治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变更具有显著的临床疗效,并且能提高下肢感觉神经传导速度,控制和改善糖尿病周围神经病症状.

목적:관찰미가보혈위주사치료당뇨병하지주위신경병례적림상료효. 방법:채용수궤대조시험림상연구방법,장96례부합진단표준환자수궤분위치료조47례、대조조49례,량조환자균채용상규치료방안,치료조재상규치료기출상채용족삼리、혈해미가보혈위주사,대조조채용미가보기육주사,량조공치료28천,평개치료전후량조환자당뇨병주위신경병변적분、신경전도속도검측급림상료효. 결과:치료조환자재치료제14천화28천시,주위신경병변적분균교치료전유소개선,차이구유통계의의( P<0 .05 );대조조환자재제14천화제28천시,주위신경병변적분교치료전균강저,단제14천시여치료전비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),제28천시차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);량조지간비교,치료조재제14천급28천시,주위신경병변적분개선우우대조조,차이구유통계학의의( P<0 .05 ). 치료결속시,량조환자비총신경MNCV여비장신경SNCV 균교전유명현개선,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05 );량조지간비교,치료조재개선비장신경SNCV 전도속도방면우우대조조,차이구유통계의의(P<0.05),단량조비총신경MNCV비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05). 치료조총유효솔80.9%,대조조총유효솔73.5%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05). 결론:미가보혈위주사비단순기육주사치료당뇨병하지주위신경병변경구유현저적림상료효,병차능제고하지감각신경전도속도,공제화개선당뇨병주위신경병증상.
Objective:To investigate the effect of injection of methycobal for diabetic pripheral neuropathy of four extremity.Methods:This research used randomized ,controlled approach for ninety -six patients with dia-betic pripheral neuropathy of four extremity ,and forty-seven and forty-nine cases were randomly allocated in-to a treatment group and a control group .Both groups received the conventional therapeutic regimen ,and in ad-dition the treatment group received point Xuehai and Zusanli injection of methycobal .The control group received the intramuscular injection of methycobal .In two groups the treatment was for 28 days,and evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy integrals , nerve conduction velocity detection and clinically curative effect in two groups .Results:In the treatment group on the 14th day and 28th day , peripheral neuropathy score was improved ,and the difference had a statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) .In the control group on the 14th day and 28th day, the patients with peripheral neuropathy were improved .At the end of the treatment ,in two groups the phil total nerve MNCV and sural nerve SNCV were obviously improved , with a statistically significant difference ( P <0 .05 ) .Compared between two groups , in the treatment group SNCV sural nerve conduction velocity was better than that in the control group ,and the difference had a statisti-cal significance ( P<0.05 ) , but phil total nerve MNCV in two groups had no statistical significance ( P >0.05 );In the treatment group the total effectiveness was 80.9%,and in the control group the total effectiveness was 73 .5%,and there was a statistically significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Injection of methycobal for diabetic pripheral neuropathy of four extremity has a curative effect , and it is better than intramuscular injec-tion of methycobal , and can effectively increase the lower limb sensory nerve conduction velocity , controlling and improving the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .
