为研究直流电场、温度场对环氧绝缘材料表面电气性能的影响,采用直流试验装置对长期直流电场、温度场下环氧绝缘材料的表面电气强度、玻璃化转变温度进行测量,并采用电容探头法,测量其表面电荷积累情况。结果表明:在直流电场、温度场综合作用下,环氧绝缘材料的表面电气强度随时间呈现二次函数关系并迅速降低,表面电荷的存在加速了环氧绝缘材料的表面物理老化作用。研究结论可为评价环氧绝缘材料在直流电场、温度场综合作用下的长期运行特性提供依据。

In order to study the effect of DC electric field and temperature field on the surface electrical properties of epoxy insulating material, a DC high-voltage test device was used to measure the surface electric strength and glass transition temperature of the epoxy insulating material in DC high-voltage electric field and temperature field, and the surface charge accumulation was tested by capacitance probe method. The results show that the surface electric strength of the epoxy insulating material decreases rapidly with time by quadratic function, and the surface charge enhancs the effect of physical ageing. The research results can provide reference for evaluating the long-term operating characteristic of the epoxy insulating materials in DC high-voltage electric field and temperature field.
