目的:探讨 DOG1在 CD117/ CD34阴性的胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫组化 S-P 法检测72例 GIST 和9例胃肠外 GIST 中 DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA、S100的表达情况。结果 CD117在 GIST 和胃肠外 GIST中表达率分别为88.9%和77.8%,CD34在 GIST 和胃肠外 GIST 中表达率分别为72.2%和44.4%,而 DOG1在 GIST 和胃肠外 GIST 中表达率分别为93.0%和100%。8例 CD117阴性病例中,DOG1阳性表达率为37.5%(3/8)。DOG1和CD117阳性表达率在各风险程度组两两比较差异均未见统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论 DOG1在诊断 GIST 中与CD117、CD34有一定互补性,在 GIST 的诊断、鉴别诊断工作中是一种很有价值的抗体。

목적:탐토 DOG1재 CD117/ CD34음성적위장도간질류(GIST)진단중적개치。방법채용면역조화 S-P 법검측72례 GIST 화9례위장외 GIST 중 DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA、S100적표체정황。결과 CD117재 GIST 화위장외 GIST중표체솔분별위88.9%화77.8%,CD34재 GIST 화위장외 GIST 중표체솔분별위72.2%화44.4%,이 DOG1재 GIST 화위장외 GIST 중표체솔분별위93.0%화100%。8례 CD117음성병례중,DOG1양성표체솔위37.5%(3/8)。DOG1화CD117양성표체솔재각풍험정도조량량비교차이균미견통계학의의( P >0.05)。결론 DOG1재진단 GIST 중여CD117、CD34유일정호보성,재 GIST 적진단、감별진단공작중시일충흔유개치적항체。
Objective To investigate the expression and to evaluate its clinical significance of DOG1(Discovered On Gist 1) in CD117 or CD34 negative of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST). Methods The expression of DOG1,CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100 was detected by immunohistochemical SP method of in GIST of 72 cases,and extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumors (EGIST)of 9 cases. Results The positive rates of CD117 in GIST and EGIST were 88. 9% and 77. 8% . The positive rates of CD34 in GIST and EGIST were 72. 2% and 44. 4% . While the expression of DOG1 in GIST and EGIST were 93. 0% and 100% . In the negative cases of CD117,the positive rate of DOG1 was 37. 5% . Expression of DOG1 and CD117 positive rate in the comparison of the different level of risk group had no significant difference. Conclusion DOG1 is a sensitive and specific marker in CD117 or CD34 negative case of GIST. It is very valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of GIST.
