目的:观察穴位埋线结合饮食运动治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效. 方法:将160例患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用穴位埋线结合饮食运动治疗,对照组采用穴位埋线治疗,观察两组临床疗效,并观测体重、BMI及F%的变化. 结果:两组总有效率比较没有统计学意义,但治疗组治愈率51 .25%明显高于对照组28 .75%( P<0 .05 ). 表明治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组. 两组均能改善患者体重、BMI 及F%,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);但治疗组改善更显著,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0 .05 ). 结论:穴位埋线配合饮食、运动治疗单纯性肥胖具有疗效好、耗时短、反弹少、简便易行等特点,同时可纠正患者不良的生活习惯,符合现代人健康生活理念,值得临床进一步推广.

Objective:To observe the effect of acupiont catgut -embedding integrated with diet and exercise for simple obesity .Methods:One hundred and sixty cases were randomly devided into an acupiont catgut -embed-ding integrated with diet and exercise group and an acupiont catgut -embedding group ,with 80 cases in each group.The weight,Body Mass Index(BMI)and F% were detected before and after the treatment .Results:The effective rate of two groups was not statistically significant , but the curative rate in the treatment group was sig-nificantly higher;compared with the previous treatment , the treatment group and the control group could improve patients'body weight , BMI and F%,and compared with those before treatment , there was a significant differ-ence.Compared with the previous treatment ,the treatment group and the control group could improve patients ' body weight , BMI and F%,and compared with those before treatment , there was a significant difference ( P<0 .05 );But there was more significant improvement in the treatment group compared with that in the control group,and there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupiont catgut embedding with diet and exercise in the treatment of simple obesity has a good efficacy and a short time -consuming ,and is less rebound and is simple , which can correct the bad habits of patients in line with the modern concept of healthy living .
